Services

RV Wings Mobile Services, LLC provides mobile RV maintenance, diagnostic, repair, technician inspection, and related services. Service availability, scheduling, pricing, completion times, and service locations may vary depending on availability, weather conditions, RV condition, parts availability, customer requirements, and other circumstances.

Submitting a request for service, completing an appointment request form, or communicating with RV Wings Mobile Services, LLC does not guarantee acceptance of the request, scheduling of an appointment, or completion of services. We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion.

Estimates and Approvals

Any estimates, quotes, or pricing information provided by RV Wings Mobile Services, LLC are based on the information available at the time the estimate is provided. Actual costs may vary due to additional repairs, hidden conditions, changes in requested services, parts availability, customer requests, or other circumstances discovered during service.

Additional work outside of the original estimate may require customer approval before proceeding. Approval may be provided verbally, electronically, through email, text message, or other communication methods.

Customer Information and Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information necessary for RV Wings Mobile Services, LLC to provide requested services. This may include RV information, service location information, descriptions of issues, photos, Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs), and other information requested during the scheduling or service process.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that RV Wings Mobile Services, LLC has safe, reasonable, and timely access to the RV or service location at the scheduled appointment time. Customers are responsible for ensuring that any required permissions, access instructions, campground approvals, storage facility approvals, or other requirements are obtained prior to service.

Scheduling, Cancellations, and Delays

Appointments are scheduled based on availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed by RV Wings Mobile Services, LLC. Appointments may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to weather conditions, emergencies, safety concerns, parts delays, customer availability, location limitations, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Customers should provide reasonable notice when requesting cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. RV Wings Mobile Services, LLC reserves the right to apply fees or decline future scheduling requests when appointments are missed, canceled without reasonable notice, or otherwise prevent efficient scheduling.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, if applicable, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms, which may result in termination of your account or access to the Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding any account credentials or passwords used to access the Service or third-party services. You are responsible for activities or actions taken under your account credentials.

You agree not to disclose your password or account access information to any third party and must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

Payments

Payment for completed services, parts, approved additional work, and other charges is due according to the payment terms provided at the time of service.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Jobber and its payment processing partners. Use of third-party payment services may be subject to additional terms, conditions, and privacy policies provided by those third parties. 

RV Wings Mobile Services, LLC does not store complete credit card numbers on our website servers.

Parts, Materials, and Third-Party Products

Parts, materials, and products used during service may be subject to manufacturer warranties or third-party warranty terms. RV Wings Mobile Services, LLC does not control or guarantee the policies, availability, quality, or performance of third-party manufacturers, suppliers, or products.

Customer-provided parts or materials may affect service results, and RV Wings Mobile Services, LLC is not responsible for defects, failures, incompatibility, or issues caused by customer-provided parts or materials.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RV Wings Mobile Services, LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service or its content without prior written permission from RV Wings Mobile Services, LLC.

Termination

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Service, or services provided by RV Wings Mobile Services, LLC shall be brought in the appropriate courts located in the State of Ohio, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
