We accept cash, check, and all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or Discover). When paying through client hub, clients can also choose to pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Full payment is due on-site once our technician has completed service; some jobs may require an up-front deposit fee, and we will alert you to this at time of booking (i.e., solar installs, major component replacements, and custom order replacement parts).
We charge a minimum service call fee that includes up to 1hr of Diagnostics / Labor. After our 1hr minimum service call fee, we bill in 15-minute increments at our hourly labor rate. This mobile service call fee is only charged on your first repair visit, if multiple visits are required to complete your service. Each service call has a minimum 1-hr charge, but even if we finish the job in 15 minutes, we'll stay with you for the hour to address any other issues or questions you might have!
We also bill a one-way per mile mileage fee, based on the shortest driving distance from our base in Salem, Ohio to your RV's location. If your problem requires multiple scheduled service calls, we will bill multiple mileage fees, but we don’t bill multiple mileage fees if the onus is on us.
Small shop supplies and parts are billed separately.
There is no additional fee for service calls scheduled during our standard operating hours: Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday by Appointment Only. If our business is closed for a Holiday, it will be posted on our Website's Main page and Contact Us page, in addition to on our Google Business page.
We do offer an After-Hours Emergency service at an additional fee for urgent issues that can not wait until our next standard operating hour availability.
We can handle RV warranty work, but we do require the customer to pay the full service and part(s) cost at job completion, and then it is their responsibility to seek reimbursement on their own from the RV warranty company. Some warranties only cover a portion of a warranty repair service call, so it is also the responsibility of the client to understand what is and is not covered under warranty before seeking our services — including gaining any pre-approvals required from the warranty company to execute said RV repair services.
If a RV Technician Report is required by the warranty company to gain reimbursement and/or pre approval, we will need alerted to this at start of service, and provided any measurement/process requirements from the warranty company before start of service. After completion of service, additional time may be needed for our technician to complete the RV Technician Report and then email it to you once complete.
No. We do not have a repair shop as we are a 100% Mobile RV Service. We bring excellent service to your location!
Check out local camping opportunities within an hour’s drive of our home base — we can work with you to schedule a date where we can meet you for service, while you are staying at one of these campgrounds. Please confirm with the campground that we can do the service during your stay when booking with them — some large repairs, such as awnings, may not be acceptable to be completed within some of these RV parks.
At this time, we do not service West Virginia.

We travel with a curated selection of common RV replacement parts for electrical and plumbing repairs. Due to the large variety of system make and models and us being a 100% mobile service, we are not able to stock specialized items such as control boards, slide and awning motors, regulators, appliance replacement parts, full appliances, etc. on our service truck.
If parts can be sourced locally from our RV parts dealers and are in-stock, we will travel to pickup the parts and complete your service call same day. In cases of specialized or major RV part replacements not in-stock, we would need to order parts and arrange a follow-up appointment.
Yes, we can install parts you have purchased yourself or warranty replacement parts you have received. If you have everything needed to fix your RV, just let us know the parts you have and we'll be happy to use them, provided they are the correct ones for the job.
Since we are 100% Mobile and do not have a shop allowing us to tackle large projects, there are some aspects of your RV we do not service. Additionally, we are not insured to perform work that needs to be done by a certified automotive shop and we are not insured to tow, transport, or assist you with hitching up your RV.

For items we do not service, we recommend seeking a RV Service Center, brick-and-mortar location RV Certified Service Technician, Certified Automotive Mechanic, or Certified Trailer Shop for service, depending on your need.
While we can service RV system components on boats, it depends on the boat’s setup if we can commit to servicing. Not all boats are created equal when it comes to service area space and configuration, and might be better suited for a Marina Repair Shop. Please call to discuss your request to determine if we can assist you.
