Ensure your AC is running at its full capability, before high temps test your dedication to the RV lifestyle. 

We'll clean and service your A/C unit(s), inspect your roof for damage, and inspect your roof sealant for wear. If issues are present we will take photos and provide our recommendation for repair.

• Cleaning & service of A/C unit(s)
  – clean A/C condenser coils
  – clean and straighten evaporator fins
  – clear and clean drip tray
  – test capacitor
  – visually assess compressor condition and perform amperage test
  – visually assess condition of wires
  – visually assess intake ductwork condition; patch if necessary
  – perform a pre- and post-cleaning airflow and temperature output check for A/C unit
• Inspect RV roof for damage and RV roof sealant for wear

Generator manufacturers recommend to have your generator serviced every 150 hours or once a year after the first 50 hours, in addition to running your generator for at least one hour every 3-4 weeks under load.

We provide the basic maintenance required for annual service. Maintenance varies by make, model, condition, and hours per manufacturer service manual. 

If applicable:

• Inspect generator for proper function and oil present
• Replacement of oil fluid & filter
• Replacement of fuel filter
• Clean generator spark arrestor
• Replacement of air filter
• Replacement of spark plugs
• Top off coolant levels
• Run generator under load to ensure function

**Based on the hours of your unit, if service manual requires the generator to be removed from bay (ie, to service cylinder heads), a full-service shop would be required.

Ensure your RV is prepped for winter before the freezing temperatures cause damage to waterlines, fittings and equipment.

• Empty and flush tanks*
• Pump RV antifreeze into water lines*
• Drain RV water heater and pull out anode rod/plugs*
• Coach battery maintenance
• Apply fuel treatment to generator, if applicable
• Inspect RV slideout seals
• Inspect RV roof seals
• Inspect RV life-safety systems
